快易典中英文标志征集启事
深圳市华普电子技术有限公司创立于 2002 年 5 月，是一家集研发、生产、销售为一体的高科技民营企业，主要产品方向为电子辞典、数码学习机等电子教育类高科技产品，以及消费类电子产品。公司经营的“ 快易典 ” 品牌系列产品，以性能卓越、品质优良、不断创新的形象深受中外消费者的喜爱，在国内市场占有率已进入行业前列。目前 “ 快易典 ” 品牌系列产品在国内已经建立完善的销售与服务网络。在国际市场上，已经进入东亚、东南亚、中东、欧洲等许多地区，并呈现强劲的增长势头。

一、征集内容：
1、快易典英文命名
2、快易典中英文标志设计（中文名：快易典 ，英文名：待命名）
二、命名与设计要求：
英文命名要求
1、符合企业朝气蓬勃、奋发向上、不断进取、和谐健康、责任、创新的文化理念；
2、要求命名内容新颖、富有创新，简约而又体现大气。
3、适合电子消费产品属性，可偏向但不限于电子教育产品；
4、不必受制于中文名“快易典”的约束和限定。但如果能够建立某种联系，则更好。
5、易于发音、容易区分与其它品牌形象，便于在全球注册；
6、内容积极健康向上，并使用语言不易产生误解；
7、建议3-10个英文字母组合。
中英文标志设计要求
1、具有消费电子产品的行业特色，富有现代美感；
2、能很好体现企业的精神风貌，充分体现华普企业精神内涵和产品特色；
3、具有民族化与国际化和谐统一的丰富深厚内涵；
4、创意新颖，构图简练、色彩明快，大方庄重，具有较强的视觉冲击力，易于国际化视觉传播；
5、简捷明快、通用易识，便于产品包装、平面印刷媒体、电视媒体的VI设计与运用传播；
6、设计元素、表现手法不限。
三、参赛资格：
中国大陆及香港、澳门、台湾地区平面设计机构及从事美术设计专业人员，以及在校设计专业的大学生均可报名参加。并欢迎海内外专业平面设计机构及从业人员参加。
四、作品要求、评选与奖励办法：
1、英文命名要求附带创意说明；
标志设计要求提交彩色稿1份、黑白稿1份、灵感来源与创意说明、CMYK标准色标。
2、截稿后，公司将邀请资深专业设计专家组成评委会，对作品进行专业评选。
3、奖项设置：
英文命名采纳奖1名 奖金：5000元人民币
中英文标志设计采纳奖1名 奖金：10000元人民币
中英文标志设计入围奖10名 奖金：500元人民币/名
获奖作品将书面通知作者，并签署《委托创作协议》，颁发荣誉证书。凡在征集截止后三个月内未接到入围通知的，作者可自主处理其作品。
4、奖金给付
英文命名采纳奖和中英文标志设计采纳奖，在书面通知发出后15日内给付奖金总额的50%，注册成功后15日内，一次性给付剩余的50%；
中英文标志设计入围奖，在书面通知发出后15日内一次性给付。
五、作品提交、截稿日期：
1、竞标作品可通过以下方式之提交：

2、所有参赛作品须在2007年6月30日前提交。结果2007年8月15日公布在www.hwapu.com.cn公司官方网站上。
3、作者请自留作品底稿，未入围的作品恕不退还。
六、版权声明：
1、所有投稿作品必须保证设计作品原创性，符合商标注册及所有权转让的有关规定。
2、所有投稿作品不得侵犯他人著作权，一经发现，将取消其参赛资格，如已发放奖金将原额追回，所有法律责任由投稿者本人承担。
3、所有投稿作者必须使用真实姓名，否则将无法领取奖金。
4、以往参加过任何赛事的获奖作品不得再次投稿；作品涉及抄袭、借用等侵权行为均由作者本人承担一切后果，与本公司无关。
5．要在商标注册完成之后，才确认有效。
6、凡获奖作品在支付奖金后，其著作权均归深圳市华普电子技术有限公司所有。
7、本次征集活动由黄维领律师担任法律顾问。

5, Easy to be pronounced, and be differentiated from other brands; Could be registered around the world.
6, Healthy content.
7, The brand name should be of 3 to 10 characters.
Requirement of Chinese and English symbol design
1, With feature of consumer electronics industry, with modern aesthetic feeling.
2, Manifest the corporation spirit and product features.
3, Manifest the nationality and internationalization.
4, Creative, Simple, Colourful, Generous, easy to be worldwide spread.
5, Easy to be used in packing, plane presswork and TV media.
6, No limit on design elements and expression methods.

四，Requirements, selecting and encouragement.
1, English naming request and creativity explanation
The symbol design request to submit colorful manuscript 1, black and white manuscript 1, inspiration origin, creativity explanation, CMKY standard color code.
2, Company will invite senior experts to carry on the evaluation for the designs after activity closure.
3, bonus setting
English naming acceptance prize 1 RMB5000
Chinese & English symbol acceptance prize 1 RMB10000
Chinese & English symbol candidate prize 10 RMB500
Awarded design will note to the author in paper, and sign <Request creation agreement>. The author can deal with the design freely if there is no notice from the company 3 months after the activity closure data.
4, bonus paying method
For English naming prize and Chinese & English symbol acceptance prize, the author will be given 50% of the total bonus within 15 days after the formal notice; another 50% of bonus will be given within 15 days after register finished.
For Chinese & English candidate prize, the author will be given 100% of bonus within 15 days after getting formal notice.
